The publishing rights of some of the poems on this site (such as classical poems) have become anonymous. A large part of the remaining poems have been entered into our site by the poets themselves. Efforts are being continued to obtain the approval of the poets and their legal representatives for the poems out of these two groups.

PoemsAbout.Com is a non-profit site. Poems are published on this site purely for educational reasons, for the purpose of information and with good intentions. If the legal representatives ask us to remove a poem from the site, this will be done immediately. We guarantee to fulfill such demands within 48 hours. (PoemsAbout.Com reserves the right to investigate whether the person submitting that demand is authorized to do so or not).

For the procedures of publishing, duplicating, distributing and listing of the poems published on PoemsAbout.Com in any other media, US copyright laws, international copyright agreements and other relevant legislation are applicable. Such procedures may require the permission of the individuals holding the legal publishing rights of the poems. The one concerned with such requests, is not PoemsAbout.Com, but the persons holding the publishing rights of those poems. The fact that a poems is being published on PoemsAbout.Com, does not mean that the poet (or his/her representative) agrees to have this poem be published on all sites on the Internet.

By registering, entering or sending via e-mail a poem to PoemsAbout.Com, the persons concerned agree that the relevant poems can be published on PoemsAbout.Com.

The publishing rights of all the other writings, materials, pictures, methods, codes and figures in electronic or physical media, belong to PoemsAbout.Com. These materials cannot be duplicated or used without prior written approval.
