Anger
Your voice is too loud
Always try to be calm
Try to work things out
Without fight or qualm
Always tame your anger
You're not an animal
Whose anger is danger
And end up so abysmal
Anger in the morning
Isn't a good sign of the day
Anger in the evening
Will ruin good sleep, I say
Anger will sour the blood
Squeezing its happy flow
Wash away peace like flood
The head; so sick and low!
To be angry isn't a crime
But the result is impious
Losing God's blessing all the time
And end up gladless, yet vicious
Maintain your good health
Your anger mustn's drive you
Self control is part of wealth,
Despite what ever you pass true

Sonnet: When Angry!
Help me, O God, to hold my anger fast;
I must be cool while facing foolish mobs;
Their irritating methods cannot last;
Their misdemeanor gives me extra sobs!
In angry mood, minds function can be lost;
Avengeful is the angry heart of man;
Even the life of one, anger can cost;
Anger reduces the human life-span.
Control your anger fore it ruin brings;
An angry man cant think or reason out;
An angry muse cannot unfurl its wings;
When anger strikes, man has about God doubt!
Just inhibit the vicious emotion;
Anger works like a dementing potion!

ANGER
Anger, slowly gathering.
Black cumulonimbus of emotion,
Piling anvil heads on the horizon,
Ever rumbling threats of a great storm;
Unresolved.
Anger, frozen as Anarctica,
Metrically ticking off each milligram of insult,
Stabbing with icicle sharpness at vulnerability,
Academically observing the squirming victim;
Untouched.
Anger, sudden eruption of a petrol bomb.
Splashing agony and pain in all directions.
The start of an all consuming conflagration,
Whole worlds will be destroyed;
Unextinguishable.
Anger; a snake writhes and twists,
Trying to shed its unwanted akin,
Ever turning back on itself, masochistically
Tearing itself apart;
Unending,
Anger, under pressure,
Constantly leaking out, wearing away,
Nagging, denegrating, alkali acids
Fossilising the self that was,
Unrevealed.
Anger. Unresolved, untouched,
Unextinguishable, unending, unrevealed.
Glossed over with smile and nod,
Varnished into a straight - jacket,
Harnessed to a lifetime's
Work of hate.

when i see you
When i see you
Out of Control
And all I can see is the lostness of soul.
Don't know if I'm coming
Don't know if I go
Don't know if the answer
I don't know, I don't know.
Grasping and reaching but
Nothing is there
And all I can see is the smell in the air.
The anger is coming
The anger is here
The anger is knowing
It's all that I fear.
It's coming from me
But I blame it on you
It's making me blind
I don't know what to do.
It's burning me down
It eats me alive
It's hurting me now
I'll never survive.
The anger is real
But I make it a lie
The anger I feel
Is the anger I hide.
I hate u as much as i love you
