Body Lies

Woe is me, woe is me, apperances of deception, tell lies of handsome and ugly truths, no peace of manners do they say save life in emo fashion, did i see a thigh, with my breath a goes high, indeed did the chicken die, while leader rule while dumb do no think of future only be decived, that is a future to be a wasted if not learned a lesson to always think twice, that is our destruction and destiny.

Memories

He pleaded with his future, yet it ran further ahead. He returned to claim his present, only to face darkness instead. He had lost his present and future, and was sentenced to the past. He found his memories and embraced them, knowing they could be his last.

Our Time Is Now

Days continue to pass, still no future in sight
took a left at the fork, i should have turned right
oh how i wish i could see, the beginning to the end of time
and defy the laws of our human mind
instead stuck i stay, forced to live day by day
but is it really such a curse? striving to make each day better than the worst, realizing were not promised tomorrow, this is a thought ment to borrow
what if the future i saw, was bitter and dead
a thought as this would confuse the head
maybe find a feeling of inevitability, and refuse every responsibility
then lie down and wait, to let this impending future become your fate
perhaps your future was the other way around
walking on the sky instead of the ground
would you try as hard to find your light, or dive from a plane that never took flight, because you were blinded by your future shinning so bright
living day by day is a curse? i believe the opposite, reverse
so before from reality you are torn, in seeking the future i must worn
the only rewards are sickle and thorn,
for our time is now, thats why we were born.

'Death is the future for us all, we walk a lifetime, untill we fall' E.A.F

The Future Unheralded

So long I have been here on these pleasant leas
Bruised in suspense of the enigma as though of the bees
From the cradle, I have been told
The soothsayers prophesied, the future wouldn't be lugubrious
Never with smug demeanor, the future remain unheralded

With this often sleepless nights as though of insomnia
I had confidently suffered, all to myself no confidant
Impatiently waiting for the first fruits of harvest of posterity
Seeking solace only in those prophecies with no forlorn countenance
Yet never with smug demeanor, the future remain unheralded

So many luxuries this unmapped future deprived me
Being told the saucy and negligent may never get close
As gentle as a dove I gently travel down the rough terrain
With tiptoes limping on the grassy greens paying eulogy to Jah alone
Yet never with smug demeanor the future remain unheralded

Seldom like a vagrant, journeying to the land as though a tramp
Confident, the day like second coming would inevitably emerge
With some eccentric attitudes, the soothsayers said the future isn't dismal
With ten fingers fighting tooth and nail with all hands on deck
Yet, never with smug demeanor the future remain unheralded
