Haiku Collection

Young Again (Haiku)

The old black lady
Sang the days of old blues song
Waiting for her train.

The Ballet (Haiku,)

The trees dipped and swayed
With cane old man stiffly walked
His heart danced with breeze.

Poetry (Haiku)

Poems are not bright words
Poems are not rhythm or beat
Poems are soul dancing.

Hometown Memories Haiku

hometown memories...
a spider mending a hole
in the attic wall

Editor's Choice Haiku, 'bugs/insects' Haiku Thread
Sketchbook,6: 4, July / August 2011

Editor's Comment:

Chen-ou, I am beginning to appreciate your haiku about your home place. Our house had several attics off the upper rooms and we as children climbed under the rafters scooting along behind the walls from one to the other.

And More Haiku

Haiku
Old man
Spending his night
Finding a dream

Haiku
On lapsed path he walks
Blocked veins and dry blood
Black& white flowers

Haiku
Ancient man
No future only vague hopes
Spiked roses
