Loss That Never Leaves

sad is the loss
that never leaves
what do we

who grieve
replace loss
with we grieve
in deep lament

new dreams
new hopes
rebirths

sad is the loss
that never leaves
what do we
replace loss
with to replace

broken fabrics
in heart torn times
to reweave threads
ripped ravages
weave new garments

Re-value-ation

I gave my life to eyes of being
It rose and grew at loss at end
I gave it not to things unseen
It rose and grew at loss at end

I read the book of things unseen
And knew the loss that came to me
It speaks of love for things unseen
And knew the loss that came to me

I gave my sight to things unseen
It rose and saw a life unend
I gave it not to eyes of being
It rose and saw a life unend

Loss

Loss is not the first stab,
Nor the numbness that follows.
Loss is not the nights after,
Nor the tears shed heavily into pillows.

Loss is coming home full of news,
Only to find an empty house.
To set the table for two,
Or turn to speak to vacant air,
Forgetful your not there.

Loss is to laugh alone.

Like Many others

Like Many others
Like many others?I fear loss
Like many others
I fear for my mother
Like many others
I fear for my brother
Simply, because I care, such a loss would be a night mare.
Leaving many in despair.
Perhaps many are not aware, of the great loss that will confront them.
Like many others
I would struggle to bare, part of the upcoming loss.
Beware, sadly every body departs.
Like all the others.
