Great Past-President

Ronald Reagan -
born 6th February'1911.

He reigned in glory
Fortieth President of America.
All the world misses a star,
a great Statesman and
cherished Republican President
~~~ Ronald Reagan ~~~
Today he rests in highest heaven,
with no more Terrorism
no more Cold War, and
his greatness will live in memory
today and evermore.
Great Poet and Dramatist
All the world recalls the poet supreme, who
lived from fifteen sixty-four to sixteen sixteen.
His name - 'William Shakespeare'
born in England at Stratford-on-Avon.
He married dear Anne Hathaway; her cottage
at Shottery is an historic monument till this day.
William also wrote a well-known poem about
'Sylvia', and here, maybe is Sylvia's reply..
William
my dear William
best wishes now I send
when sky is blue I'll be with you
in a land we love - heaven high above
this I will do, with heart so true
for your poem's all mine
each golden line
William
Great Wars
Forty words:
The First World War was fought in the trenches
The Second World War was fought from the air.
A Third World War never shall be...
Whilst at the Cenotaph prayers we share,
And John McCrae's poppy of Flanders we wear.
