Heavenly Delight

Never had magic filled the sky until
Beethoven's Sonata echoed on high.
In love was he with a maiden fair
Countess Guicciardi took him there
And her magnetism was no lie...
The Moonlight Sonata tells us why.
Classical music ~ in three parts
Guitars, so gently, touching all hearts
Number fourteen of Beethoven Sonatas
Was heard beyond hills
And over green pastures
In wonderful moonlight upon the lake
Music resounded for love's own sake.

Heavenly Love

Oh Knight in suit of armour bold
King, upon your throne of gold.
Horseman upon a flying steed,
We love you with each word and deed.
'Heaven's finality'.

The Second Coming, soon to be.
You are the One, yes you are He,
Ruler of Earth and the Galaxy,
At last we have found you, yes indeed!
'Heaven's finality'.

Heavenly Sight

Today is so beautiful
with glistening white snow,
shining like crystal in the
sunlight's glow...gentle
flakes fall on barren oak trees
and clothe far-off valleys
the hills and the leas.

Today is so beautiful with
rapture and joy; children at
play, every girl, every boy.
Their hearts are so thankful
for a layer of snow ~ they
sing happy songs as they
dance to and fro.

Today is so beautiful,
filled with sweet love...love
that is pure as the snow
from above. The scene is much
fairer, the horizon is bright
as snowflakes caress
a 'heavenly sight'.

HeavenlyJourney

When we die ~ as die we must,
Ascend we will to the mighty summit
Floating in silence above the sea
Travelling upward vertically...
Until we reach our place in heaven
The peak, the pinnacle, the zenith.
And through a golden gate so grand
We will touch our Father's hand.
