Praising Exercising
Body, soul and the mind are the three pillars
Which carry life in this vast Universe
Peaceful and healthy hours will be ours
If to unhealthy things we become averse
Our precious peace of mind goes to pieces
When body is inflicted with diseases
Even though everything ultimately ceases
Healthy existence invariably pleases
For our heart to very healthily tick
For mind to burn like incense-stick
For body to escape from falling sick
Exercising is the one and only trick
Though physical health is really vital
Only mental health makes health total
For fine health discipline is fundamental
So as not to make our residence an hospital
The devil called disease must be exorcised
And so doing exercise is by Doctors advised
As mind and body must both be exercised
Indoor and outdoor games were devised
Any game must promote sportive spirit
The winner wins because of extra merit
After all, all games are played to keep fit
As health is the very best profit cum benefit
Though games were once a simple recreation
In modern times has come professional competition
Huge income has become an added attraction
And so games are being given special attention
Games that promote no health
Are not games, but sheer filth
What is the use of huge wealth
When filth comes by stealth?
Choose a game not for money or fame
But to keep body and mind in an ideal frame
Regard victory and defeat as the same
That will help you win the life-game
The World itself is a fine playground
Where our contribution must be sound
Others are spectators watching around
By the law of human ethics all are bound.

Pray and Close the Day
Always close the day
With a prayer to say
To God you convey
Asking to show a way
This prayer is essential
As it is highly beneficial
Living is providential
Surely God is influential
Before drifting into sleep
My mind I love to sweep
There peace let me keep
Trustful faith, let me heap
Foolish acts I rendered
Often I only blundered
Many hurdles hindered
Great losses thundered
O- God- Visit my heart-site
Gift my mind with foresight
Make it light, to bear weight
Give me immense delight.

Questions Answered, Wisdom Transferred
Questions may be very harsh
And may give even irritation
Still give them invitation
As wounds they may wash
Question may appear silly
Accept them with mercy
Answer them with courtesy
Minds balance they may tally
Questions may be funny
Find out the hidden truth
Whose size may be mammoth
This may make life sunny
When a question is made
To answer it is ones duty
If the answer is a beauty
It may provide cool shade
If questions get no provision
For answers that are proper
Confusion may grow deeper
Bringing a disastrous division
A question when is witty
Its answer must be shrewd
And must be never rude
This makes life pretty
Those questions that confuse
May give undue botheration
By doing perfect deliberation
Super answers, we can produce
Let no question be ignored
As it indicates lack of brain
By thinking, brain you train
Let colossal wisdom be stored
To ask a question provide a right
Let answer to the question be right
Though answers wont come overnight
Believe that they are within sight
To question, please encourage all
Then only real progress comes,
A true soul happily welcomes
Questions that are big and also small.

Quietude Is Fortitude
Be mentally at all times balanced
Give not room for excitement
Whenever something is sensed
Calmly proceed with the experiment
It is better not to get highly tensed
To score in life maximum enjoyment
Offer help without expectation
Suffer those doing revenging retaliation
Prefer scoring justifiable reconciliation
Calmness is a wonderful drug
It offers the very best solace
Its absence creates a lousy thug
Who will feel disturbed always
When calmness comes to hug
God opens all Heavenly ways.
